This UNIQUE timepiece is a HAMILTON ladies wristwatch dated from 1933. It is a manual wind watch with an original Hamilton Watch movement, 17 jewels, 18/0 size movement, caliber grade 989, U.S.A. made.
This is one of the Hamilton workhorses movement used for ladies and men's wristwatches. "The 989 is unique in that it's also the only ladies movement (other than the early years) that was also used in a men's model." Also, the 989 is the largest movement put into a ladies watch.
This watch has a beautiful 16.8x26.8mm rectangle case design, 10K gold filled.
After 90 years, it still has the original white dial (showing some age) with black Arabic Numerals, black minute marks and blue matching hands.
The watch is coming with the original silver tone textured bracelet. The bracelet it will fit a wrist up to 6 1/2" (16.5cm).
This watch is in good condition, it is a very unique and attractive looking watch! Runs very well and keeps great time!

We prefer to shoot photographs outside when weather is permitting. However, when we shoot indoors, please be aware that we shoot our photographs inside of lightboxes that are lit with 360 LED bulbs. This indeed magnifies any flaws. Usually, they are much less obvious to the naked eye. Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust lighting when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.
